For our Hong Kong office we are looking for a full time:
Responsibilities:
• Manage a merchandising team to follow up the daily operation work
• To maximize work efficiency, achieve business results and meet the target
• Solving technical problems to improve the products quality to mass production
• To ensureon-time delivery of quality products
• Source reliable partners for production
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Clothing & Textile or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years sourcing experience in garment field with minimum 3 years in managerial level. Preferable experience in the lingerie branche.
• Worked independently, Strong leadership wtih good team player, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and communications skills
• Responsible, smart, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Must be familiar with Western Market
• Willing to travel to Asia to find new sources.

In support of our national and international growth objectived, we are now looking for our Hong Kong office for a full time:
Responsibilities:
• Generating new business growth and re-establish business activity within a few existing clients
• Assisting the national and international business development team in liaising with the existing and potential clients to gain appointments as part of ongoing and new campaigns
• Demonstrating strong telephone and prospecting skills
• Being goal-oriented, highly confident, self-motivated and has passion for developing new business
• Conducting customers surveys with Nika’s client base
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Business School or related discipline
